AusAlert National Test – Monday 27 July

AusAlert is Australia's new national emergency warning system, designed to send alerts directly to compatible mobile devices during emergencies.
A nationwide test of the system will take place at 1:30 pm on Monday 27 July. During the test, compatible mobile devices will vibrate and emit a siren-like alert sound for approximately 10 seconds.
Please note that this is only a test and no action is required.
Students are reminded that mobile phones and other personal devices not required for learning should be switched off and stored away during school hours.
