This charming, sweet fellow is Castella, one of three youngsters who came to ARK in August along with their mother when their owner moved to no-pet housing.
Castella is only 1? years old and his long, fluffy red and white fur is gorgeous. He, like the others, are all quite timid and it shows in their faces.
Initially, they had spent much of the time hiding, but now they are venturing out to explore their restricted environment. Food, of course, helps lure them out, as do the pussy willow toys that they find rather exciting. It’s just a matter of time, but Castella and any of his siblings will surely warm to people and build a close bond with a new friend or family. It’ll be well worth the wait.
