Ukraine may be looking to Japan for help building Patriot air-defense missiles, after U.S. President Donald Trump indicated that Washington would give Kyiv a license to manufacture the advanced weapons.

Ukraine is in dire need of the weapons to defend against Russia’s ongoing missile onslaught.
